A vendor can submit the product without a subscription

      On the site,
      a registered vendor is being able to add products for review even if they are not having any subscription. That should not be the case.

      Here I am adding a video for your reference, the logged in vendor is not having any active subscription plan but still the vendor can add products for review. This should not be the case here.

      Please check this from your end and let me know if I need to apply some settings or this is how the plugin works.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      It appears that the vendor may have registered through a page other than the designated vendor registration page, which resulted in their registration without selecting a membership plan and after registration they got the capabilities that were enabled by the admin from the MultiVendorX Settings submenu.

      To ensure proper vendor registration, please ensure that the vendor registration page is correctly configured on your end. Vendors should only register through this designated registration page to avoid such issues in the future.

      Hello Sangita,
      its not like that.

      The vendor was registered through the vendor registration page only.
      But after that, the vendor just cancelled their subscription from the vendor dashboard itself.

      So registration and subscription cancellation have been done through the designated pages only.
      That’s why I have raised this issue here.

      Hello @Simon Thomas, Allow me to guide you through the membership process.
      When a vendor registers with a membership plan, they gain access to all the capabilities and features included in that package. If the vendor decides to cancel their membership from their dashboard, they will still retain access to the vendor dashboard and the features of their membership plan until the subscription duration for which they have already paid expires. Once this validity period of the enrolled subscription ends, the vendor will no longer be able to access the vendor dashboard, and their status on the site will become “pending vendor.
      So kindly check this flow on your end and let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
