I had been asking to WPML support about this problem and their answer was:

It seems that the REST API is not enabled on the server (checking in WPML -> Support, also if we access https://wcmpdemos.com/wp-json or https://wcmpdemos.com/?rest_route=/).

You need to get in touch with the hosting provider and ask them to enable it for you. Then, most probably the errors will be gone.

And also I saw in your video that single quotes are in wrong format, you could paste it again:
