Hi there, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end while activating the API key. Kindly deactivate the MultiVendorX Pro plugin for once and then first activate the plugin and put the API key and check the API activation flow.

If you face any further issue please do let us know. We are here to assist you.

Hi @Mike Staub, It’s great to hear that your earlier issue with activating the license has been resolved!

Regarding your query about designing the vendor store page with Elementor, you can do so by enabling the “Elementor” module in the Third-Party Compatibility section on the MultiVendorX modules page. Please ensure that both the Elementor and Elementor Pro plugins are installed on your site to use this feature. For detailed guidance, you can refer to our documentation here:https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/mvx-elementor/#customise-vendor-shop-page.

Now may I know by Elementor lite or Elementor essential are you are referring to the free version of the Elementor plugin or are you referring to something else?

We will look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi there, Thanks for getting back. To use the Elementor module of MultiVendorX you will need Elementor (https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/) and the Elementor pro (https://elementor.com/pricing/) on your end.

If you need any further assistance from our end please do let us know.

Hello @Mike Staub, With the recent update to Elementor Pro, some changes introduced by the Elementor team have caused a conflict with MultiVendorX. However, there’s no need to worry—we’ve enabled Safe Mode in Elementor on your end, allowing you to continue using it without any issues for now.

In the meantime, we are actively communicating with the Elementor team to address this conflict. Once we receive their assistance, we’ll implement a fix and keep you updated accordingly.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with in the meantime.

Hi there, Thank you for getting back to us. We’ve rechecked your staging site and found that after enabling the “Safe Mode” in Elementor, the loading issue is no longer present. You can view the recorded video here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/35702473?key=5536afe3a1ee5235135304090b72f535.

So kindly check again on your end and let us know if you need any further assistance!

Hi Mike, You did not have the Elementor Pro module enabled on your end hence were not able to edit the MVX store page. We have enabled the Elementor Pro on your end. Kindly check now and if you need any further assistance from our end please do let us know.

As mentioned earlier, with the “Safe Mode Enabled” option, there are no issues. However, when Safe Mode is disabled, the issue persists. Since we have not received any information from the Elementor team, we are currently unable to implement a fix from our end.

We are actively trying to gather details from the Elementor team regarding the changes introduced in their latest update. We hope to have a solution soon.

Hi @Mike Staub, The issue with Elementor has already been resolved in version 4.2.17 of MultiVendorX. Please update the plugin to the latest version and check on your end.

As this issue has been addressed, we’ll be closing this thread. If you need any further assistance in the future, feel free to create a new support thread.

      Thank you!
