Hi
since yesterday all the plugins we bought have been de activated.
We managed to re activate AFM, but not Vendors Verification and Stripe Markeplace.
We have tried with your customer care but there seems to be a technical issue.Order id 112351

Solved by deleting the subscriptions of the two plugins on your website and re activated them from my end.
I guess there was an API communication issue in your licensing server ? -

Issue is solved, maybe you want to check it’s not license specific?

Requesting you to please guide us step wise, the process you followed in private message. Which subscription you deleted. we would like to understand the entire situation.

Sure.
Suddenly all the products we purchased, AFM / Vendor verification / Stripe Marketplace, flashed as ‘not activated’ in our WP installation.
We checked under WCMP -> license and we did not find any change: API keys and Product ID were still in the record.
We then tried to
– deactivate the license via WCMP -> license -> deactivate, but did not work
– deactivate the plugins, reactivate them, rentered API KEY and product ID. It worked just for AFM but not for Stripe and Vendor.
– reinstall the plugins, did not work.Finally, we deleted the license of Vendor/Stripe from our private admin area in https://multivendorx.com and re activated from WP, and it worked.
Would be interesting to know how to prevent this issue to happen in the future.

Finally, we deleted the license of Vendor/Stripe from our private admin area in https://multivendorx.com and re activated from WP, and it worked.

I am sorry but I didn’t understand your message.
In my previous message I provided a step by step guide about the actions we took to overcome the issue.Please refer to that message in order to further investigate why the licenses where no working from your end.

@WLS_FH, sorry for the inconvenience. Generally, this issue will only take place if you deactivate the plugins. It might be related to a server issue.
However, I presume you shouldn’t face this issue again. IN case you do, in that case please share a temporary admin, ftp access so we can look into this.
