I wish to add some extra Terms-Conditions inside the confirmation email that is sent to a Vendor when his shop has been approved.
Can you advice how to do this?

If you want to add some extra fields on your confirmation email that is sent to the vendors whenever his shop is being approved . you need to override either the approved-vendor-account.php email template as per your site’s settings.
