Hi,

How do we resolve problems with the following?

1. When the Catalog plugin is disabled, the products with PRICE show ADD TO CART on Category pages.

2. When the Catalog plugin is enabled, the products with PRICE show READ MORE on category pages.

How do we restore the original functionality?

We want a product with a price to show ADD TO CART and a product without a price to show ADD TO ENQUIRY.

We’ve EXCLUDED those products with pricing on Catalog plugin.

The default flow of catalog enquiry doesn’t depend on the product price and “Add to Enquiry Cart” will be displayed to products page irrespective of price given or not.

However we can suggest you to enable enquiry cart for all products and exclude the products with or without price you want to disable enquiry cart for (see screenshot

Hi, Thank you foer your response but it seems like you didn’t understood the question at all.

I clearly mentioned that, We’ve excluded those products on Catalog Plugin.

The problem here is,
The products which are excluded,
Showing READ MORE instead of Add to Cart.
And this Read More text is coming from the Button Text from the Catalog plugin.

If we disable the catalog plugin,
Add to Cart appears.

So it is very evident that,
Even though the product is EXCLUDED from Catalog Plugin,
The product still can’t show ADD TO CART since Catalog plugin is forcing it to show READ MORE button on Category pages (linked above).

I need to ask, can you please provide me a temporary fix for this issue?
I really need to get this project moving and it is stuck because of this one issue.

Can you share a temporary admin, ftp access so we can add this.
