Wordpress Version: 5.6
Theme: TowerPHP Version: 7.3.25
Initial PHP Memory Limit: 128MB
PHP Memory limits tried: 128M, 256M, 512M, 1024MWooCommerce Version: 4.9.0
WC Catalog Enquiry Version: 4.0.4
WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro Version: 2.0Products: 200K+
Hi,
For some reason I cannot access the admin login page for my website. When I try and log in I get the the following error message:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Enabling debug by adding define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); to the wp-config file gives me one of the following Fatal PHP errors(x replaces true file path):
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /xxx/xxx/xxxx/xxxxxx/xxx/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2022
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /xxx/xxx/xxxx/xxxxxx/xxx/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-log-levels.php on line 1
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4194312 bytes) in /xxx/xxx/xxxx/xxxxxx/xxx/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2023
The error is any one of the three, whenever I hit refresh it changes.
I believe I have narrowed this down to the WC Catalog Enquiry plugin, as it works if I disable WC Catalog Enquiry. I have also tested this with all plugins disabled except the WooCommerce ones (Only WooCommerce) and I am still getting the error.
I have tried increasing the PHP memory limit in both the php.ini file and wp-config. I’ve tried 128M, 256M, 512M, and 1024M. None resolve the issue.
I solely administer the site and have not made any changes, other than updating the the latest version of the Tower theme, WooCommerce, WC Catalog Enquiry and WC Catalog Enquiry Pro – all of which were updated after I started getting these errors.
It’s worked flawlessly up until the other day when I tried logging in.
The site loads fine if WC Catalog Enquiry Pro is enabled without the free version.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly share the admin, vendor access (clone staging site) and FTP access so that we could produce the same error and debug further. While sharing the access please mark the reply as private.
