Sorry, but there are still issues.

I can´t still translate some language. I wrote to the RnB Support but they mean, it is a problem with the Plugins i use. And i only use your plugin.

So i translated the RnB Plugin, but it seems that it is overwritten or something. This seems to be the same problem, as i had with MultivendorX.

There you can see, that i can NOT translate such things as “Contact”, “Hours Of Operation”, “Set price discount depending on day length”, and many others. I translated them ALL in Loco and it is shown in Loco as successfull. But it is NOT!
      Any ideas?

Hello @glander. You need to translate the Rental strings from the MultiVendorX Pro plugin. We have checked the translation of MultiVendorX Pro using the loco translate plugin. And the translation is working fine. Kindly check the video here https://watch.screencastify.com/v/GI16UApBAND4YPLP8MhR.
Now on your end, translate the strings in the MultiVendorX Pro plugin and let us know if that works on your end or not.
If you still face the issue with translation, please share some screenshots of the sections that you want to translate so that we can check that and help you accordingly.

Hello @glander, Can you please confirm that you have set the correct language of your site from the WordPress site.
If there is no issue, then please do share a temporary admin access so we can check.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

Hello @glander, Thanks for sharing the screenshots.
For the translation of the strings in the rental module, our team is looking into this. Kindly provide us some time.
For the translation of the section shown on the second screenshot you need to translate the GeomyWP plugin.

      Any news?

    • #214261

@glander Sorry for the delay. Our team was occupied with some urgent modifications that is why this got a little delayed. Hopefully by next week we will be able to fix this issue with rental translation.

We will keep you posted regarding the same.

@glander Regarding screenshot 1, we’ve ensured that the rental calendar mirrors the display on the admin dashboard. Could you provide clarity on the specific elements you’re attempting to translate on your end?

As for screenshot 2, we’ve verified that the translations are functioning seamlessly.

Screenshot 3 features a highlighted field, offering vendors the ability to input available dates for the respective inventory. Notably, the WooCommerce rental plugin does not inherently include an option to display blocked dates by inventory on the backend, hence the absence of such information in that section.

Now if you are referring to something else please share more in detail.

hmm…..so it is not possible, to unblock dates, i added on Screenshot 3????? The vendor can not see, when he blocked it and has the ability to unblock again?????

    • #215305

@glander Our plugin only lets the vendor add rental products from their end. But all the functionalities related to the rental on the vendor end, product display as well as customer flow all are carried by the WooCommerce rental & bookings plugin only.
We do not add any extra features from our end, except letting vendors add products. So only once they add such a feature of blocking dates on their end, then only we can implement the same for the vendors.
      Hope you understand.

Please take a look at Screenshot 2 (2.png). This is still not translateble. It is german in Loco, but not at site

    • #215399

@glander The translation of that section is working fine.
Kindly follow this video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/23525410?key=db83821c6badbcd6ac57c5f8ce922e05 and try the same on your end.

      Hi there again.

It is great, that the translation is working on YOUR END. But it is not working on MY END.

I translated everything, including the Weekdays, as you can see on the screens. But it is STILL ENGLISH on the Vendor Backend!!!!!

Thank you for confirming. However, the previously provided admin access (in another thread) is not functional. Could you kindly share a new set of temporary admin credentials for the website http://mietemich24.de/wp-admin/ so that we can investigate the issue on your site? Additionally, please ensure that your response is marked as private when providing the access details.

Hello @glander, Thanks for sharing the access.
We checked your site and it seems that the issue of the translation not working is caused because of your current active theme.
Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/24273403?key=9e2b1464f1a20f2d2c678a570f05e807. With the default theme activated the translation is working absolutely fine.
So as recommended earlier to solve this issue kindly re-override the html-endpoint-add-inventory.php template file with the new html-endpoint-add-inventory.php template file from the latest version of MultiVendorX Pro on your end and check if that fixes the translation issue on your end.
Also please do keep us posted regarding the same.
