Hello there,
at the moment, on our store, when a vendor edits their product, an email is being sent to the admin to approve the product. We have found that on adding and editing a product, the same email template is being used which is wrong.

More than that, we want to disable this feature of admin approval. We want our vendors to edit their products anytime without admin approval.

Can you please let me know how can we achieve this?

@Simon Thomas Sorry for the delayed response as we were closed during the weekend.
We do have settings for providing vendors with different product related capabilities. You just need to go to the admin dashboard >>MultiVendorX >>Settings >>Product capabilities, from here you need to enable/disable different settings.
Now as per your requirement you need to enable the “Publish and Submit Re-edited Products” using which the vendor can publish reedited products.
However, I am sorry, currently the setting is not working properly. We will fix that in our next update. You can keep track of the same from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/652.

Hi Sangita,
changed the settings but still all the changes are being moderated by the admin.

We want our vendors to edit their products and do not need our site admins to moderate it.
I was expecting it would be just about switching off a field in the settings which I am not being able to figure out but just concluding at the moment that its not there.

Please have this feature in yours, its a needed one.
