  I activated this key but the plugin keeps being inactive according to the message … this isn’t a great start …

  Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly deactivate the plugin from the All plugins page and activate it again and after that go to MultiVendorX>> Licence, and click on the button accordingly.

  I have checked your keys, everything seems to be working fine.
  Can you just disable the plugin and enable again.
  
  After that activate the key.
  
  Let us know if this is working.
