      Hi Support,
I’m facing an issue when assigning a booking to an existing order. While the booking is successfully linked to the order (screenshot1), it doesn’t appear in the WooCommerce orders list alongside the corresponding order.

Specifically, the booking isn’t visible in the WooCommerce orders list in the WordPress admin dashboard, where it normally appears with its associated order (screenshot2). However, the order is listed on the WordPress admin’s booking page (screenshot3).

Additionally, the linked order is missing from the vendor dashboard’s booking list (screenshot4), and the order doesn’t appear in the vendor’s order list either (screenshot5).

I’ve attached some screenshots for you to look over.

      Thanks for your help!

Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch with us. Now as per the flow when adding a booking manually you added the order id of the WooCommerce main order hence that addition did not get reflected on the suborder and as well as the order and booking section in the vendor dashboard.

So while adding a booking manually kindly pass the suborder number so that the addition gets reflected on the vendor end accordingly.

Check the above mentioned flow on your end and if you have any further questions please do let us know.
