      Hello,
      The automatic payment doesn’t work (for a long time now but i am doing it manually for like 6month or more)
      I show you a screen shot of the settings.
      I t was working automatically at the start of this year 2021 but 1 day it decided to stop working so i had to do it manually.
      And i really like it to be automatic again.

      Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
      I would like to mention that whenever you are making a payment through Stripe, if the payment gets failed then payment gateway sends a error message which is stored in the Log File of the plugin.

      Kindly go to the Log file inside our plugin folder using FTP access and send us that error message. Also please share the screenshot of the same.
      However if you wish, then you can also send us the ftp access and we will look through the Log file.
