Hi there, I am testing my automatic subscription renewals on stripe test mode and have set up a daily subscription to ensure everything is working as intended, I have ccome across this error which seems to be stopping the automatic payment of the subscription (see attached screenshot). I have researched what may cause this error and have tried woocommerce documentation fixes but still have this error, have you came across this before or could advise on a potential fix for this?

Thanks for activating the key, I am still testing out vendor subscriptions and have come into some errors again detailed below:

When testing purchase of a vendor sold simple subscription with 3d secure enabled the website displays a critical error, also on stripe logs for recurring payments it shows every recurring payment failed due to 3d secure not authorized by the customer, I have disabled 3d secure from WCMP for now for testing and the initial subscription sign up payment goes through as intended but in the customer “my-account>orders” the site is displaying an error shown below: Access to the site remains the same as the logins previously provided above if required.

These errors come from your elementor modules. There are no errors related to wcmp stripe marketplace. Can you please check with woocommerce, wcmp and stripe plugin active and check again.

So my subscription still wont automatically bill through stripe set to 1 day subscriptions for testing and have received the following error when it trys to take the second payment, could you advise on what the problem is?

Hi,
Somehow on your site (might be due to some custom code or conflict) a particular section not working. So have again changed the code and added it to your site. Can you please check again? One more thing is, are you testing for wcmp membership subscription or woocommerce subscription???

Hi there thanks again for your fast response and support, I am testing vendor subscriptions e.g the vendor is setting up their own subscription for their services in which customers can purchase which is automatically billing each week/month.

Hi,
But https://scrnli.com/7is22h1AOfIdGk this error section comes from the woocomerce subscription plugin (activated in your plugin list).
Are you using vendor membership for vendor subscriptions? then you need to use wcmp stripe marketplace only. You are also using woocomerce subscription. That’s why it creates confusion. So do one thing, if you are using vendor membership then just active woocommerce, wcmp, wcmp membership, wcmp stripe and check again.
