Ah so hard to explain :'(
I want you to look at payment system.
For paypal : make sure automatic split works and customer able to by as many product they want even if its different vendor.
(on paypal: the split seems to work but some customers cant buy more then 1 differents product)
For stipe : make sure automatic split works and customer able to by as many product the want even if it’s differents vendor.
(on stripe the split doesn’t seems to work and it looks like customer can buy multiple product even from differents vendors)And can you look at something else:
It seems that customer with an account have more difficulty to buy or see their order comfirmation in mail or in theire account and vendor dont recieved the order (for the vendor dont recieve the order : happen 1 time but no more order since strange)You can contact the developer actually working on the website if you need : keerthireddiee2@gmail.com

James, As you are receiving payments from both PayPal and stripe, hence vendor need to select all of the option: https://prnt.sc/8eqYI4sm9KWd

But I tried to place an order using PayPal with multiple vendors and didn’t face any issues.
Can you please check again?

@James, as I need to test on your environment.
So, configure both MVX Stripe and MVX PayPal in sandbox mode
– Connect two vendors with PayPal and stripe under the sandbox environment.So share the shop page of those vendors, so I can test that and log to detect the error.
Looking for your co-opereation regarding the same.

I give you my agreement that you can create vendor and change stripe or paypal in the website (on the staging and on the live website if you need)
There is actually no marketing redirecting on the website so no customer experience would be affected during the test, so i have no problen you can do this.
Do all the test you need.
If you sont have the right acces for the live site and need it let’s me know. (you have the acces to the staging up in this topic)Best Regards.

James, I am sorry but I won’t be able to check the difference between the two stripe accounts.
Can you please explain the issue between those two accounts?
Regarding PayPal, I can see that it is working now.
Can you please confirm whether you can pay vendors instantly from the checkout using both stripe and Paypal? -

@James, the stripe support team would be able to assist you here better, to detect the type of account.
