Can you explain me/us when you use this function ‘delete_post_meta’ and why ?

I have lost all of my suscriber since i have installed this plugin, and received no emails. It looks like the plugin delete the ‘_product_subscriber’ meta data very ofen and I can’t figure why.

Here is an exmaple of a product Out of stock of my website : https://madeinfrancebox.com/boutique/bijoux/bagues/bague-fine/bague-kari/
I registered yesterday to this product, and today the the ‘_product_subscriber’ meta data is no longer in my database.
