Nothing works and is not backward compatible, really bad release.
I don’t understand how a product can be released under these conditions. A free product is much more stable and reliable.
I remind you that we pay for a stable product and I am seriously starting to think that I have to correct the problems in your product myself, since only writing there has not been a single problem-free release.

Hi Enzo, sorry to hear that.
Yes, we released the update for Membership plugin and it is a major release because we have added new look. Along with this, we made the payment independent of WCMp, me and you may use any Woocommerce payment now for membership. Now we did thorough testing on our end, releases beta version with our users. Didn’t encounter any issue.
May I know what issues did you face, so our team can help you out as soon as possible.

Even when there is a major update like this, I expect some minor problems. But I wonder do you have a test site with a lot of data to test on.
After the update, already created users could no longer access their plan. The plan menu was gone, basically everything blocked.
Every time I contact you, you show me a video of a site without any data and tell me everything works. I’ve been a developer for almost 30 years and let me say, that’s not the way it is.
When making a release of this type, backward compatibility with all previous features must be guaranteed. on you there are people who count to offer a good service to users, but if with each update the site collapses it is a problem.
I don’t like writing these things to colleagues, but unfortunately you have quality flaws. Create a site that exploits all the potential of your plugins with data and all possible cases, before making a release try to update your site and actually make sure that all the features have not been compromised.
I am now replicating the environment locally to parse your plugin in order to fix it, but this is something I shouldn’t do as it is a paid plugin.
As soon as I have clear ideas about what is not working I will tell you, but I have to check the code first, unfortunately if I ask you, you always tell me to deactivate all plugins, because everything works for you and it is always the fault of another plugin that interferes with you, but our sites are ecosystems and must function as they are.
For this reason I prefer to debug the code to understand what is wrong.

Excuse me for the last hard response.
I ran the code in debug to understand the problems and I found two problems:
1. given the change, it was advisable to automatically create the product sheets and associate the sellers. I have many sellers on the site and now to adapt them I have to block the site for at least half a day. Maintaining backward compatibility is important.
2. In the sellers dashboard when editing a product, you have replaced java script with Aria to select the tabs. This created a big problem because the tabs no longer work. If you read the documentation Aria has problems with some video cards and some browsers, which is why it works for you but it doesn’t work here. for now I will replace Aria with a js function, but I would ask you to do the same so that the next update does not create the listed problems again.
I have attached the foto to this topic of my vendor dashboard.
You can see the select tab is the second one, ma the data is of general data and have the same effect on the sale data, is everytime visible.as soon as I correct this problem, I will check the rest to make sure I don’t do any damage in production.

There are news with the reported problems:
1. Broken tabs on the sellers dashboard
2. Products created before installing auction plugins break sellers dashboardAuctions have a secondary priority it is fundamental to adjust the tabs in the seller’s dashboard, this problem is blocking me on several fronts.
Please provide me with a solution even if it is just to dab, pending release.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We do agree with you, however, the only way we can create bulk data is by code only.
It will be really helpful if some of you could share your database, who have huge data. I know we are asking a bit too much, but this way we can do good amount of tests as per the real situation.Now, coming to your quires, our replies are inline :

– I was wrong the problem of the tabs is not aria-controls since it is also used in the previous version and it works there, it must be something else, unfortunately I still have not found the source of the problem, something has changed, since the previous version does not had this problem.

Now,the CSS break issue you are getting is becasue of the css break due to new Bootstrap update. We are sorry for that.

– When I manually associate the plan to an already existing seller (therefore who has been operating for some time), the wizard starts as if it were a new seller.

My internship is locally on my machine I have no way to give it access, at most we can organize a remote desktop session to do some tests.
The steps to replicate the problem are as follows.
From the old version of the plugin, create a vendor associated with a plan (mine was free).
Upgrading to the new version the old plan does not link to anything.
I create a product with similar characteristics.
I log in as a seller and modify my plan from the seller’s dashboard by joining the new plan created with the new plugin.
After joining the configuration wizard starts me. -

– During testing I noticed that subscription plans are displayed as products in woocarousel pro, is there any way to prevent them from being displayed?

a temporary admin and ftp access so we can check. Alternatively, you may share your theme file too. -
to solve the problem that the subscription plan is seen in the other plugins, just save the plan as a private product, this way it is not displayed.
Can you do it on the save?Would you need a property that allows you to distinguish the subscription plans from other products, can you add a type in the metadata so you can distinguish them?
One last thing, when you have a version available, can you send it to me so that I can mount it on the test environment to see if everything works correctly?

I have installed “https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-auctions/” but in you plugin not is possible active the auctions for the vendor…Is a bug or I need to active some flag?

It is not possible to activate auctions “https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-auctions/” neither in the old plugin nor in the new one.
The problem is that the auction item doesn’t appear in the subscription plan settings.
Do you have a quick fix that I can implement while waiting for the update?

Is very simple replicate the problem.
Install YITH AUCTIONS FOR WOOCOMMERCE, with the plugin of membership and try to active AUCTIONS at one vendor, this not is possible, because missing the item into the select control of type product.
Try to use the plugin it is impossible that you do not see a problem since it does not work the configuration and the vendor dashboard.

As per the issue faced by you, we have tested it at our end and we were able to add auction type of product in the WCMp subscription plan as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10psgbq) and on vendor dashboard also we are able to see it as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/10ps8gg)
Can you please confirm if you are referring to this issue? If not then kindly explain the issue in further details so that we can help you more efficiently.

I downloaded the latest version of master from github, where I noticed that you fixed the problem that the auction item was not displayed, but I also reported a problem on the sellers dashboard that you did not correct.
Two big problems remain:
1. When you enable auctions and go to the sellers board and edit a product already entered before enabling the auctions, the whole dasboard breaks, while if you open a product set as an auction, the dashboard looks good.
2. The tabs in the dashboard still do not work I am attaching a video.
ps. The tests to verify the existence of a problem must be done on the version released to the public, not on the internal one where you have different cases.
The issues I just pointed out to you are on the master branch in github, so you should run into them too.

Missing the font on the table header, I think they are necessary to order the list.
I found another bug, more urgent.
Into ship setting, the action panel for editing shipping types no longer works, please urgently this needs to be fixed as it blocks sellers.
I need to configure the table rate for one user, but not work any types, the listner not is conneced to the icons.
