  Hi,
  
  I’m opening another topic with another bug that we found.
  the site is : https://usatos.com
  When a buyer account tries to buy multiple products from two or more suppliers the image banner from Basket page dissapears, leaving just a gray space/area.
  
  If the buyer tries to add just one or more products from a single supplier, the banner is shown.
  
  I added some screenshots and a video explaining it.

  the thread that you are mentioning doesn’t resolve the issue with the missing banner from the Shopping basket page when Buyer adds products from two or more suppliers.
  
  The issue with the missing banner only in the situation presented in the screenshots.

  Hi, please create a staging site and share the temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.

  We need the admin access of the site too to check the backend settings .Kindly share the admin access also.
