Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. It’s possible that there may be a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
To help identify the cause, could you please temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro? Additionally, try switching to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five or Storefront, and then check if the issue persists.

If the issue still persists with a default theme enabled, we kindly request you to create a staging site (a replica of your live site) and share the staging URL along with temporary admin and FTP access. This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly and assist you in resolving it.
