Hello, I bought your marketplace bundle expecting to have Vendor live chat in the bundle. Currently, I am only using AFM – and potentially I might only use:
– Vendor Membership addon
– vendor staff
– vendor vacation
– SEO and Analytics

Amounting to 225 – it only made sense with Vendor chat that I would potentially use if the admin has access to read the conversation between client and vendor. And I would have the rest of the addons for free (that i will probably not use)

Was I a victim of clickbait? 🙂

The live chat lets only customers communicate with vendors. Currently, there are no such settings for the admin to view any chat.

If you want to see the chat, in that case, I would recommend you to use WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro (https://multivendorx.com/product/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry-pro/), this lets customer inquiry about the product via message. Both admin and vendor can view that message.

And remove the clickbait – it is not “ALL Marketplace Addons” together – maybe put “Buy essential marketplace addons together”

You do have one of the best marketplace plugins – I am a big fan… but clickbaits are bad for your image.

@marounhashem, I understand your concern, but our addon WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro, is for only specific sites, that uses catalog module. Hence this is not required for other multivendor sites.

The addons you will get under WCMp Bundle, this is needed for multivendor sites.

Regarding the coupon, the marketing team will share the coupon code via mail.
