We have only a membership plan for a vendor. We have not created a membership for buyers/customers registration. When buyers are registering on our website, we don’t know how wholesaler plans (vendor subscriptions) are created in the woocommerce orders. We have not set up that in our configuration. Please help us with this issue.

@Dhruv Jha Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
From your screenshot it is evident that the users have gone through the subscription plan page and added the plan and placed an order for the same. Only then an order can be placed. Kindly check with your user first.

Dhruv, We have checked the flow of membership on our end and it is working fine. Kindly check carefully the membership ship flow on your site.

If you face any issue in the flow then simply create a staging site and share the site url, temporary admin and ftp access with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.
