ParticipantHi, in the backend I can’t change the status of partial refunds. It stays on partial refunds and this is in the end still showing in the withdrawal of the vendor. Is this normal? Because next time it could happen that the vendor wants to claim these withdrawals:

KeymasterHi there, Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on your screenshot, it appears that the orders have been partially refunded by the vendor. As a result, the status is showing as “Partially Refunded.” Once the admin processes their portion of the commission refund for the order amount, the status will update to “Refunded.”
Could you please share the specific issue you’re experiencing with this flow so we can assist you further?

ParticipantThank you for you explanation. But how am I doing, when I don’t need to refund my portion of the commission? (I get 0% commission).
My refunds don’t work automatically right now. So when someone wants a refund of one product of the order, I go for example into paypal, where the person payed an I send back the wanted amount for the refund. The left amount of the order, I payed to the vendor and now I would like to change the partially refund into payed and not completely refund (because some part get as an payout to the vendor).

KeymasterHi @donald_punk, Thank you for getting back to us. Refunds are processed manually. Here’s how the process works:
When a customer requests a refund, both the vendor and the admin need to refund their respective earnings. Once both parties complete the refund, the order status changes to “refunded.”
For example:
— An order of $18 is placed, with a vendor commission set at 90%.
— The vendor receives $16.20, and the admin earns $1.80.
— If the vendor refunds the full commission amount (https://tinyurl.com/2667t2rf), the commission status is updated to “refunded” in the commission section (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/52623774?key=f08ecadea367d60956e4b78879b0d350).
— The admin can then refund their earnings from the order details page (https://tinyurl.com/23d6dv4m), which updates the order status to “refunded” (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/52623807?key=d2cd9f47c2d0fbf7bc9db893a1d42f95).
Could you please share the refund flow you’re following on your end? This will help us understand your setup and assist you further.Looking forward to your response!
