Can’t “Disconnect Stripe Account”

      One of our vendors connected the wrong Stripe profile to their account. When they click the “Disconnect Stripe Account” button they get the following error:

      There has been a critical error on this website.

      When they go back to the Billing details page in the dashboard their Stripe account is still showing as connected. How do will disconnect this account and what might be causing the issue?

      @Vouch1234 Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
      Kindly enable the debug log on your end and share the error that you are getting on your end. So that we can look into it and add a solution according to that.       Alternatively you can create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue on your end.
      Also while sharing the access, don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
