Hi,

I hope someone can help. I’ve setup the payment setting and the API link with paypal, including a small admin fee to the vendor. We are receiving the payment through paypal from the customers, but the remaining funds are not being paid to the vendor. I have checked multiple times and just cannot get it to work.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please check, whether the vendor has added their own PayPal account id, you can check that via WCMp >> Vendor, select the vendor name. Under the vendor’s profile you can see the payment section.

If the vendor has provided their PayPal id, then please do check the log of our plugin and share the file with us. This will help us understand the issue regarding payment.

Hi

thank you for your response. I contacted paypal directly – it was that we had to enable payouts on their side. The payouts functions works as described.
