      I can’t remove a seller from the dashboard. The message “remove seller + what to do with their product” appears, but when I click “remove,” nothing happens. What should I do?

      Hi Joanna,

      Thank you for sharing the detailed video of the flow.

      We’ve checked this on our end and observed that, at the moment, only the “Delete User Permanently” option is functioning as expected, while the other two options are not working correctly.

      However, there’s no need to worry – our team is currently working on a revamped version of MultiVendorX. We’re hopeful that by next week, we’ll be able to share an update with MultiVendorX 5.0. With this version, these issues should be resolved and you should no longer face them on your end.
