Hi,

Before purchase the Pro Version i’m trying the free version, but I got an issue, cart buttons doesn’t disappears when I enable the Catalog Mode (nothing changes) 🙁 Please how fix that?

May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard themes (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

I have found a conflict with Ayecode “UsersWP” plugin. If “WCMp Catalog Enquiry” is enabled, UsersWP become buggy. Look example with my screenshot, some URL’s become buggy. Can you confirm me the bug please ? Maybe the conflic is the same than this current support ticket?
Ayecode support is already noticed too. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Our WCMp catalog enquiry free and pro plugin is using woocommerce default hook and filter.
We have debugged the Elementor pro plugin found that it customize / override single product page template and remove the existing woocommerce default hook and filter.
So that is why the add to cart button doesn’t disappear when catalog mode is enabled.

Elementor pro plugin customize / override single product page template and remove the existing woocommerce default hook and filter.
