Hi,

How can I change the default vendor storefront header image? I changed it in the filesystem but it resets upon every update; I would like a better solution.

Greetings @embpri, Since you are modifying the primary plugin file, your changes are being overwritten with each update.
To preserve your customizations, please override the archive-vendor-info.php template file by copying it to your child theme.
Follow the path below for the override: yourtheme/MultiVendorX/archive-vendor-info.php

Thank you, however I need some more help.

I took a look at this file but I can’t find how I can replace the default image being used. For additional context; I am using Elementor and the MVX Store Page template that is provided.

The default image being used is

dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/packages/mvx-elementor/assets/images/default-banner.jpg

and I need a way to change this path to another image so that the default banner is changed and doesn’t revert after an update.

Kindly override the archive-vendor-banner.php template file by copying it to your child theme following the below mentioned overriding path.
yourtheme/MultiVendorX/archive-vendor-banner.php
