  Hello,
  
  I have setup chat on website vendor. But when i go to: https://www.tradingtree.com.au/product/bookmark-love/ Chat button is showing. But nothing happens when I click on it. How to fix it?

  Hi,
  Make sure that the vendor added the required facebook page id from the vendor dashboard storefront.
  If the issue persist then plaase share a staging site with a valid admin and also vendor access to debug this issue.

  @Jacinta Thomas, sorry to hear that you have faced some issues. But to be honest it might be some theme or plugin issue that you are facing.
  
  But we will try our best to resolve all the issues. But can you please share all the issues in a single thread, so we can fix this all at a go? Creating multiple threads slows down the process.

  I have updated the pluin to mutlivenodrx. But chat is still not working. I disabled all plugins and activated default theme so stil not working. There is js error. Could you please fix it?
