We have setup paypal payout. However, it keeps paying vendors twice so then I disabled it until I could find a solution.

Then I found some code on the forum that I thought would help. However it is now paying vendors but the status is not changing to paid and is causing the same issue.

We are getting a lot of complaints from our vendors and would like like some help. I can launch a staging version of our live site for you to run tests.

@Zia Rahim, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

Generally, when the system asks your PayPal account to release payment, we receive an acknowledgment. If we receive that payment is paid, then we mark the commission as paid. If PayPal will not send us any payment acknowledgment then the commission will be in Unpaid status and our plugin will try to pay that commission again.

So to debug this issue on why PayPal is not sending any acknowledgment, we need a temporary admin and FTP access. Can you please share that.
