The commission calculation when a order is partially refund doesn’t work. System is set to admin fees @ 10%. If the order is normal transaction, it works fine. When you have to refund one item from the order it does not calculate the total correctly.

System also does not remove commission from the vendor if the order is cancelled or change to failed.

Customer orders multiple items from a vendor. Client wants to return one of the items. So on admin you go into the order and refund the single item. Go to multivendorX commissions. Commissions shows partial refund but when checking the order, it refunded the item but did not recalculate what the commission should be without the item that has been removed.

@webmaster, We’ve reviewed the flow on our end, and the amounts are calculating correctly. The order amount is $50, with a $25 refund applied (https://prnt.sc/IKYxtzDe8qq5). The initial commission was $16, which adjusted to $8 after the partial refund (https://prnt.sc/o1H4Bb4xGzbR). Everything appears to be functioning as expected.

Could you please share screenshots of the flow on your end? This will help us investigate further and assist you accordingly.

@webmaster, We have re-checked the commission calculation flow on our end. With an admin commission set at 10% on an order totaling $118, the vendor’s commission correctly calculates to $106.20(https://prnt.sc/9q_7VJmMsY0o). After processing a refund of $18, the vendor commission updates accurately to $90, reflecting the refunded amount(https://prnt.sc/IMq7ZgTN4TJN).

Since you’re experiencing a different result, please try the following:

— Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX.
— Switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront, and check if the issue persists.

If the issue remains, please create a staging site that’s an exact replica of your live site. Share the staging site URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access, so we can investigate the issue on your end and assist with a resolution.
