      Hi,

      all my commission are no more visible in the related section, it seems they have been deleted, but I can still see the notification in the menu, see attached screenshot.

      Could you please restore the commission?

      Hello Gimmy88 , as per our flow, we show commission data for last seven days in the commission page.
      But if you want data of earlier dates, you can search it by dates https://prnt.sc/lGUL60e1uFoM .You will get all the commissions for your desired dates.

      Hi,

      ok thanks, I wasn’t aware of this feature.

      Another issue: I cannot change the commission status to “Paid”. When I click on the button to modify it I can select all the status (Paid, Unpaid, ecc) but if I select “Paid” the status remain on “Unpaid” and doesn’t change.

      Please find attached the steps I am doing.

      It means, the commission has not paid.

      please check our log file, there you will get the error message on why the payment is failed.
      Do share the error message with us, so we can assist you further.

      What do you mean with “has not paid”?
      I have paid the Vendor and I want to change the status of the commission.

      Where can I get the log file?

      May be the Payment details of the Vendor is not saved in Vendor Dashboard.Kindly Check that .If you still face issue share the admin and FTP access of your staging site so that we can check .While sharing the access do not forget to mark your reply as private.
