Why vendor is seeing this error? It should be visible and shown to admin once he approves the payments>> As vendor needs the money and asking for a withdrawal. That is why we display this, However, you can edit this text as per your requirement using loco plugin.

Already paid comissions are still shown here? why>> As per the error message, as you can see Stripe is asking you to enable manual payout via stripe dashboard> Settings>Payout Settings>Payout Schedule (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/SwAmji0wUcv4 )
Kindly enable that and check again. -

Hi, @Marianne and @joffrey
In order to make the order as completed kindly select the orders via vendor dashboard>orders and from bulk option select “Change status to completed” and click on apply.
The orders which had processing/shipped status will be marked as completed.

Hi, @Marianne and @joffrey, let us assit you with the flow :
– When an order is created on the woocommerce end, we create the corresponding sub-order.
– Now, we check the initial order status of the order from woocommerce’s main order and set same order status for suborders too
– After that, each vendor/admin needs to change order status for each sub-order
– Therefore, apart from initial order status, if you change status of an order, this will not affect the sub order’s statusHence with admin/vendor needs to change the status manually.

Vendors are being shown full amounts, while actually stripe deducted fees from order and shipping charges. We need to show vendors actual amounts after deduction, not whole amount. -

You have been cleared for landing! Congratulations and welcome aboard!What is this, the customer has renewed, not approved. Same email is using for both approval and renewal.

@Marianne WESTERVELT, generally we trigger this mail if the vendor becomes a pending vendor and then pays the recurring amount.
However, we will check whether we can send the mail only once.

Another big problem is when Keto Kitchen’s monthly membership renewed it put them back as a pending vendor in the system ( like its a new subscription). Is this going to happen every month. We have to manually go in and approve again…(I didn’t do it so you can see how Keto Kitch is back to a pending vendor ) And when I approved again , Keto kitchen gets another welcome letter. This can not happen. How do we fix if we even .

We will stop this mail when a vendor will renew the plan. We will add this in our next update.
If you want this fixed on your site, please do create a staging site and share the admin, FTP access.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.
