      Hello, I need your help on the following: It seems like there’s a conflict between MXV vendors and the default WordPress users that is giving the following issues:

      1. Vendors can’t be deleted from MVX vendors section (nothing happens when I click on the confirm delete popup button)
      2. When I request to restore the password, I receive the retore password Email, but then I get a message telling that the password request is for another account.
      3. After deleting a user through Wp users section instead, if I try to create a new user with the same Email (assuming that it was succesfully removed from the database) it gives me a “Critical error” message after clicking on the register button.

      Could you give me directions about how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

      Hello , sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

      We tried to recreate the issues stated above but did not face any issue recreating those . we are able to delete vendors from MultiVendorX Vendors submenu and also register new vendor using the same email of the deleted vendor and it is not giving us any error.

      Now that you are facing this issue, please enable debug mode of your site first. Then follow the steps to recreate the error, you can see the error message on the screen. Share that error message with us so we can assist you accordingly.
