      I am currently building a multi marketplace website using “Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce – WC Marketplace” and also active on the site (Required) is the “WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugin which is needed in order for the vendors to create their own subscriptions.

      When setting up a new simple subscription product all the price fields are hidden but when I disable the “Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce – WC Marketplace” plugin these issues are gone and I can see the price fields again when creating a new product/editing a product.

      I was previously advised by your sales team to purchase exactly these plugins in order to make the site work as intended, I cannot proceed further until a solution is found for this issue. Thanks in advance for any help given.

      First screenshot shows the non-existence of the price fields when the WC marketplace plugin is active and the second shows when it is disabled and the price fields are visible again

      We tried to recreate this on our end keeping both the plugins activated i.e, WC-Marketplace and Woocommerce Subscriptions, but didn’t face any such issues.

      It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp, Woocommerce Subscriptions and check again.
      If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

      Hi there, I have tried switching themes and disabling all other plugins but still have the same outcome. Would I be able to provide you site logins to have a look?

      Hi,
      We tried to recreate this on your site by disabling all the plugins except for woocommerce,WCMp and WCMp add-ons, and it is working fine.
      Subscription price can be seen in add new product page by keeping WCMp plugin activated.
      Kindly enable one plugin at a time and check which plugin is creating this issue.

      Hi There, I have created a new test site and only installed the following plugins (which are required and which your pre-sales team informed me to use together).

      It looks like “WCMp vendor membership” is causing the issue but I will need this plugin in order to manage vendors on the site. Can you advise on a fix for this?
