How to send email notification to admin (and one more email address) when vendor created coupon on the dashboard?

Hi Ivan , thanks for connecting with us. As an admin you can give your vendor the capability to publish the coupon. If you don’t give your vendor the capability to publish coupon, then you will get an email .
But if your vendor have that capability then they can publish coupon , in that case admin will not get any mail. In short, For approval you will get mail but if the vendor can directly publish it you will not get any mail.

We’ve approval for coupon, but when vendor add a coupon we don’t receive email (coupon has pending status), the website admin account doesn’t receive email.

We also want to add one more email address for receiving that notification email (not only admin account). Where is the template of this email (not in woocommerce -> settings -> emails)?

Hi @Ivan , just like our product add flow, admin will get email when vendor needs approval for their coupon , i.e. you will only get the email for approval.

You know that SMTP is not related to email template which you didn’t make it. One more time, where is a email template for vendor notification that coupon is created and need approval?

It’s ok to send we didn’t make it and not waste our time for finding template which not exist.

Where is the template of this email?

Of course, I checked spam and nothing received. All other email notifications work fine, so the problem is not email server.

@Ivan Gacesa, this email is received by the admin, as he/she needs to approve the coupon.

Hmm, great idea, you used new-product template for coupon?! and what happened if we disabled notification mail for new product?

On every 100 new products there is about one coupon and you decided to merge these 2 things and not to make template for coupons?

and I asked 5 times where is the template for coupons..

@Ivan Gacesa, I have consulted with the developers and conveyed the difficulties with this coding approach. They will look into this in our next update.

Your developers forgot to make template for this and after 10 messages here they decided to merge coupon with new product template…

Please do it regular way, all email notifications need to have own templates and implemented translations.
