      When the vendor presses the Send button during registration, or when we press the Send button when adding a new product, a Critical error occurs on the site, Please help solve the problem

      @arturvirabyan15, as per the error it might happen that your site is not sending any email .

      Can you please check with your server whether wc emails are enabled on their end?
      Please do keep us posted.

      You can tell how to solve this problem, the site sends mail without problems, the problem is only with the WCMP plugin, on the screen you can see that the site sent mail normally

      Checked sending mail from Woocommerce too, it sends mail normally

      @arturvirabyan15, please continue in one thread regarding this issue, i.e. either over WordPress or here. Communicating over multiple threads slows down the response time.

      Please do share temporary admin access so we can check.

      Yes, you can disable it, but if you disable the WP Mail SMTP plugin, then you need to change the mail in the WooCommerce settings

      Or maybe try just reinstalling the WCMP plugin, since I don’t have a WCMP setting in my WooCommerce mail settings, maybe something went wrong when installing the plugin and because of this, the WCMP mail settings weren’t created, which is why we now receive a Critical Error, I have WCMP translations via Loco Translate Please try to save these translations

      @arturvirabyan15, I have disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce, WCMp. As you can see it is working fine https://fluvid.com/videos/detail/7RQgDfrPp3TROBnEQ

      So some of the plugins might be causing this issue, so enable one plugin at a time to check which one is causing this

      Found a problem and it’s a “PolyLang for Woocommerce” plugin, and this is the biggest problem, they are completely compatible with Woocommerce, how can I solve this problem?
