      Hello MultiVendorX Team,

      I recently purchased MultiVendorX Pro (v1.3.21) and I’m experiencing a critical issue: vendors are unable to add products from their dashboard, as there is no “Add Product” button or any product management options available in the vendor panel.

      Here’s what I’ve already tried and confirmed:

      ✅ Under Settings > Products, all product type and product field options are enabled (see attached Image 1).
      ✅ Under Modules > Marketplace Types, the “Simple (Downloadable & Virtual)” module is activated (see attached Image 2).
      ❌ In the vendor dashboard, there is no button to add or manage products (see attached Image 3).
      ✅ Under Modules > Product Management, I do not see any module named “Frontend Product Editor”, “Product Manager”, or anything that would enable product creation (see attached Image 4).
      The only modules visible are “Single Product Multiple Vendor”, “Import Export”, “Store Inventory”, and “Min Max Quantities” — none of which seem to unlock the missing functionality.

      I’ve also confirmed:

      I’m running the latest version (v1.3.21).

      My Pro license is active and verified through my account.

      There are no hidden buttons like “Enable Advanced Modules” or “Sync Modules” visible anywhere.

      Could you please help clarify why the product creation tools are missing from the vendor dashboard, and what I need to do to enable them?

      I would really appreciate a prompt response, as I purchased the product just 3 days ago and I’m already experiencing this issue. I’m looking forward to a quick resolution.

      Hi @facu.ven3k, Sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue. Please navigate to MultiVendorX → Settings → Product Capability and enable the relevant capabilities for your vendors. Once done, check again from the vendor’s side.

      Hi, thanks for your response.

      Unfortunately, those options have been enabled from the beginning. I’m attaching a screenshot (Image 1) where you can clearly see that the two options are enabled:

      ✅ Publish Products
      ✅ Edit Published Products

      However, the “Add Product” button still does not appear in the vendor dashboard. I’ve already tried everything mentioned in the documentation and also checked all related modules, but the issue persists.

      If you check my previous message, you’ll see that the module is fully activated, and all product types are also enabled — yet the “Add Product” button is still missing from the vendor dashboard.

      Looking forward to a solution.

      It appears that the “Submit Product” capability is currently not enabled on your end, which is why the “Add Product” option isn’t visible on the vendor dashboard.

      Kindly enable the “Submit Product” capability, and the option should appear as expected.

      Thank you for your quick response and for identifying the issue.

      You’re absolutely right — the “Submit Product” capability was not enabled, which is why the “Add Product” button wasn’t showing up. I’ve now confirmed that everything is working correctly on our end.
