      @Jeff Michel Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. Kindly enable the debug log on your end and then you will get the error message. KIndly share that error message with us so that we can look into it and help you accordingly to solve that.

      Hello @Jeff Michel Kindly login to your FTP server and go to WP-config and from there enable the debug log. After that you will get the details of the error message on the frontend. Kindly share that with us so that we can look into it accordingly.

      Hello @Jeff Michel, Thanks for sharing the error message with us.
      It seems that the error is coming because of conflict of our plugin with some third party plugin. So kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the Staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can debug the issue on your site and help you accordingly to solve that.

      Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
