an error message appears in the seller dashboard if, for example, a seller wants to mark an order as shipped. After entering the tracking url/number a critical error appears. What can be the reason?

Besides that, if I want to update the MultivendorX Pro version, this message appears: Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: Download fehlgeschlagen. cURL error 18: transfer closed with 25246572 bytes remaining to read

Please do create a temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.

Or you can enable the debug mode from your end too.

we have deactivated the plugin and as you can see, it is working fine.

Please do ask this plugin author, to fix this issue.
