      Hi, I suddenly have an issue where I cannot process stripe payments. When the customer tries to pay, there is an error 500 and the website page does not give any error messaging to customers. Payment IS taken from the customers bank account, however my dashboard tells me the payment has not been received. So I don’t know where the funds are going.

      I receive the order, but the order status is ‘pending’ as the stripe transaction has not gone through, even though it is deducted from the customer’s bank account. I am using the stripe gateway via WCMp to take payment.

      To make things worse, as there is no error messaging on the page, the customer keeps trying to put their payment through, which means we charge them multiple times for the same order!

      Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
      Sorry that you faced this issue.

      This issue might be related to any plugin/theme conflict. However as this is a live site, hence we can’t disable the plugins there.
      So can you create a staging site and share the admin, ftp access so we can check there.
      While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
