Cropping Error while cropping image in woo commerce vendor storefront

      Hi,
      whenever a vendor tries to crop images for their store front from the vendor dashboard they get the error “There has been an error cropping your image”.

      Please help me out as this is rendering my vendors to edit their store useless. because images can’t be cropped.

      Hi @aditmishra124, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

      The most common reason leading to the error is missing the PHP-GD library. Kindly follow this blog to fix the issue : https://bobcares.com/blog/wordpress-error-cropping-image

      Hi,
      I have installed the GD package in my Bitnami Apache installation but it still isn’t working. I have also restarted it
      It keeps on showing the error

        Hi,
        Yes I am easily able to crop images from the admin side but not from the vendor dashboard.
        What do I do?

      @aditmishra124, in that case, please do create a staging site and share the admin, cPanel access so we can check.
      While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Hi,
      I am sorry but I can’t provide access due to security concerns. Can you tell me what to do and I can do it from here.
      There was a hacking on my previous site so I am a bit paranoid. Can you help me out

      @aditmishra124, can you please create a staging site and share access of that staging site. Becasue without staging site access, it will be difficult for us to locate the issue.

      Hi,

      Yesterday I reinstalled GD library on my server and this time it installed some missing file and now everything is working properly.

      I think there could have been some issue with the previous installation
