Hi,

I have created a custom field WCMP vendor panel – in the Product details section for the vendor to update a product parameter. By any chance is there a provision to see this data in the woocommerce admin panel for me to verify when the vendor sends the product data for approval by admin.

Hi,

Thanks for the revert. However the blog did not help me settle the issue. May be because of my little knowledge on coding.

My requirement was how to bring the custom field data (“Making Time”)from WCMP to “Product Data” field in Woo commerce admin so that i know what my vendor is entering in this field when they submit the product for approval through vendor dashboard. Now I dont have visibility on this from the admin back end. Can you please clarify on the procedure to do this. I couldn`t add the new tab in the product page using the code mentioned in the blog either.

Hi,
Yes for that you need to use woocommerce hook and do your customization( fetch value what you inserted on vendor dashboard and display it on that woocommerce hook ). https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/introduction-to-hooks-actions-and-filters/ This link may help you out.
