      Good morning, thank you in advance.
      My colleagues put the site into production from a staging URL by changing the DNS. Now I can no longer access the settings part of MultivendorX. Is there a solution I could follow?

      I have only a white page… none in console.

      Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. Kindly share the site url, temporary admin and FTP access of the site with us so that we can look into the issue and assist you accordingly.

      Hi @elisa.resmini, Thank you for providing the admin access.

      It appears there may be a conflict with a theme or plugin on your site. To narrow down the issue, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX, and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront. After making these changes, check if the issue persists.

      If the problem continues, please share FTP access with us so we can investigate further. Currently, we’re only seeing an HTTP 500 error, which makes it difficult to diagnose the issue without additional error details.
