Is it possible with multivendorx for sellers to have the money credited to their stripe account immediately after the purchase has been paid for?

Hello @Karin Schloß, You can definitely do the real time split of admin and vendor commission using the MVX Stripe marketplace(http://tinyurl.com/23vny3qp) module of MultiVendorX Pro.
Once the stripe marketplace module is enabled and configured, the customer can pay with the Stripe marketplace module and as soon as they will pay the money the admin and the vendor will receive their part of commissions instantly in their stripe accounts.
For a more detailed view regarding the configuration of the module kindly go through our knowledgebase doc here https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/stripe-marketplace/.

Hello @Karin Schloß, The admin and the vendors both need their separate stripe accounts and connect them accordingly on your marketplace for hazardless payment flow.
Kindly follow our knowledgebase doc step by step from here https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/stripe-marketplace/ and do the configuration accordingly.

Hi Sangita,
My name is Sven, I’m the developer from Karin and Karin asked me to help with the setup. We got lost, and I have recorded a Loom video with the hope that you can help. https://www.loom.com/share/81bed18eaced40868962b2d6f5099c8f It would be great if you can come up with a solution. Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Sven, Sorry to hear that you guys are still facing issues on your end with the stripe set up. But not to worry.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
1. Check if you choose the correct endpoint for the vendor dashboard: Under MultiVendorX >> Settings >> General >> Vendor dashboard page, here set the page where you have put the MultiVendorX vendor dashboard shortcode(https://tinyurl.com/26m3np6j).
If still the issue persists try the below steps for troubleshooting –
2. Deactivate all plugins: If the issue is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
3. Switch to a default theme: If the problem persists, try switching to a default theme.
Once the issue gets resolved, simply go to vendor dashboard >>Store settings >> Billing , here from the payment method dropdown select Stripe connect and connect the vendor’s stripe account accordingly.

Hi Sangita,
Thank you for your help. I have done like you said, and it’s working now. Just if I click on the Stripe Connect button, I get this error message.
{“error”:{“message”:”No application matches the supplied client identifier”}}

Looking forward to getting this sorted,

Nothing to worry. You have put the client id wrong in the admin dashboard. So kindly go to admin dashboard >> MultiVendorX >> Payments, stripe connect and check the client id again. Then try to connect Stripe from the vendor dashboard billing section.

Thank you. That´s clear now.
Now, there is another problem:
Attached are the stripe settings in the backend.
If I do it like that, I get the following message in the WordPress-backend:“If you’re using Stripe Direct Charge, please be aware that Stripe no longer supports Direct Charges for Multivendor environments.
We plan to reintroduce this functionality in the future, but it will be available only when the cart contains products from a single vendor.”Does this mean that direct payouts are no longer possible? Or do I have to change the settings. In the configured shop it will not be possible to buy products of different vendors.

Hello @Karin Schloß, Stripe no longer supports the direct charge type for multi-vendor environments, necessitating its removal from our end. While we plan to reintroduce this feature in the future, please be aware that when we do, it will only be available for payments to a single vendor. This means that to utilize the direct charge type, you’ll need to limit your cart to a single vendor.
