Disable automatic Disbursement and Dashboard Problem

      Hi.
      I set the Disbursement Schedule on every month.
      But….everytime an item is rented and i set it (as administrator) to paid, there is an automatic email, that the vendor has requested a withdrawl….which he did not. I want wo withdrawl their money only once a month.

      Another Problem is there with the Dashboard of a vendor. The orders are there but on the direct dashboard, there are still no records für the last 7 days. So no overview

      Kindly check by deactivating plugins other than Woocommerce ,MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro on your site . If you still face the issues kindly create a staging site that should be a replica of your live site and share the site url , temporary admin and ftp access with us .
      While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private .

      @glander, as this is a live site, so I need to do some test.

      For this I need to create test vendor, enable test payment mode for vendor, etc. Install Email Log plugin.
      Can I do this in this site?

      We created a test vendor on your end and placed an order . You can see that the emails are shot only related to the order and no email is shot for request of payment withdrawal by vendors https://watch.screencastify.com/v/phogJlmLfPCRONy5CwWv

      How can a vendor requests a withdrawl now?

      It is really simple .Just go to Vendor Dashboard >> Payments >> Withdrawal , from here simply choose order for which you want to request withdrawal and click on Request withdrawal https://prnt.sc/OJkBc45Jo47n

      Not to worry . You may not have enabled Allow Withdrawal Request option from Disbursement tab under Settings submenu of MultiVendorX . https://prnt.sc/oFBWtpZ-VqVv
      Just enable this option to let your vendors request for withdrawals .

      This issue is still existing, after update.
      The email with the withdrawal request will still be send. 🙁

      Sorry for the inconvenience . Withdrawal request mail triggering issue will be fixed in the next update. You can track the issue from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/385

      In the currently released version of MultiVendorX the Automated Email Triggers for Commission With this update, when a commission is marked as paid, an automatic email will be triggered and sent to the respective vendors, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
