Had enabled “Catalog Mode” and Disabled Cart and Checkout Page in the Catalog setting…

The individual product pages are displaying the enquiry button correctly as screenshot 1

Had enabled “Catalog Mode” and Disabled Cart and Checkout Page in the Catalog setting…

But still see “Add to cart” in the All Products block of WooCommer as screenshot 2

How can I change from “Add to cart” to “Enquiry” in the All Products block of WooCommer?

      Thanks

Sorry to hear that. We have checked this on our end and the enquiry button is coming accordingly on both the WooCommerce shop page and the single product page. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/25552778?key=8ce68a0bc66aad9d63c97c6efe66df46.
Now it seems there might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. So kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us. So that we can check into the issue on your end and help you accordingly. Also please give us permission so that we can check the issue by disabling themes and plugins on your end.
Also, while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

      Hi there,

We had decided not to use this plugin, thanks anyway for your support.

Hello @johocen168, We deeply regret your decision to leave our community.
I understand your situation. However, the issue you’ve encountered appears to be primarily related to third-party compatibility, making it challenging for us to pinpoint and resolve without assessing your site.

If you’re willing to give us a chance, please grant us access to your staging site. This will allow us to thoroughly investigate and assist in resolving the issue. We eagerly await your response.

      Hi there,

We are under the time pressure to deliver this website next week, so it will be difficult to set up the staging site for you.

We will keep this nice experience in mind, hope to work with you next project.

BTW, do you think the the All Products block of WooCommer will be different from the WooCommerce shop page?

      Thanks for your help.

Hello @johocen168, We’re genuinely sorry to see you depart from our community, but we’re hopeful for potential future collaborations. Regarding your inquiry about the All Products block, it offers the flexibility to customize your shop page using various blocks, allowing you to personalize the layout according to your preferences. In contrast, the WooCommerce shop page is a default template provided by WooCommerce. Essentially, the difference lies in the ability to design the shop page to your liking with the All Products block.

      Thanks for your understanding.
