Hi WCMP team,

I looked on the forums but couldn’t find anything on this. Currently, there’s no way for the vendor to disconnect their account from Stripe. Can this be added to an upcoming version?

In the meantime, how do we do it for them? Would it be done through our Stripe account? I’d want to make sure that the info saved on the marketplace is also cleared out though (account id). Thanks for the help.

The vendors can disconnect from their stripe account ( navigate to the vendor dashboard >> storefront >>> billing >>> once you select the payment mode that is stripe you will get an option disconnect stripe account
