Duplicate order issues

      Hi,
      The client promcoastfoodcollective.com.au has been experiencing a few duplicate orders per week. This is generally reported by the customer to be because the payment gateway hangs, or gives no confirmation of the order (except sometimes an email that they don’t immediately notice). The customer then proceeds to place another order, thinking it didn’t work – creating the duplicate.

      I understand that payment gateways sometimes hang no matter what and this is unavoidable, but the issue seems to regular enough to be concerning for the client, and to be creating unhappy customers for them. Could you advise if there is anything that could be done to mitigate this or if you could look into it further?

      Sorry to hear you faced this issue.

      Can you kindly let us know which payment gateway you are using and exactly where you are facing the issue.

      It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
