I would love to be able to edit the shipping commission afterward in the commission data table.
I can only change the total commission, but it would be awesome to change the shipping towards the vendor manually.

WooCommerce currently doesn’t let you change the shipping total of an order. However, you can do this by adding custom code.

I just need to add the real vendor shipping commission afterwards (that’s a different amount than the customer pays).

Hence you can create this code on your end. If you have any developers, we can share the hook/filter or coding procedure they need to follow.
