When I add an email address in the vendors dashboard description area and also in the admin.users dashboard section to create a link, it displays properly in both those area’s, but the email address does not display as a link on the frontend pages. Do you know why?

@luanne, we are sorry for the confusion, but can you please explain the flow regarding when a user will click on the email address, what will happen?

I thought that I posted a reply but I don’t see it here. The email address is not displayed frontend as a link, so nothing happens as it can’t be clicked. It is set up and displayed as a link on the backend vendor dashboard though.
