  Good morning
  the space you have reserved for announcements and knowledge bases must be a visible space where you can put links, import photos, etc.
  Because what I see is just a text field, which is very limited for making a toto in the knowledge base or making an announcement.
  Please fix this problem

  Hi, you can enable TinyMCE API option (https://prnt.sc/zde5VFku8cbb) to let the admin upload media files for the knowledgebase section. In order to configure TinyMCE please read here: https://www.tiny.cloud/blog/how-to-get-tinymce-cloud-up-in-less-than-5-minutes/
